COVID-19 Update - Important Information

Have you or a member of your family had symptoms for/ or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days? If Yes, please let us know

Please bring and wear your own mask as we cannot supply. Entrance to the salon will not be permitted unless you are wearing one for the safety of others.

Skin tests for hair colour or lash and brow tint are essential:

  • Have you had Aveda colour in the last 6 months? NO - Skin test needed
  • Have you coloured your hair at home since your last colour? YES - Skin test needed
  • Have you had Henna or any tattoos in the last 6 months? YES - Skin test needed
  • Have you had lash or brow tint in the last 6 months? NO - Skin test needed

Please do not wear gloves in to the salon. You will be asked to remove them before entering the salon and to wash your hands on arrival.

Please do not arrive early or late for your appointment. There will be no waiting area in the salon

Please park in the long stay car park as we will be unable to put a new ticket on your car - No cash is being taken in the car parks.

We will be taking card payments ONLY. No cash will be taken.

Please do not bring your shopping or extra clothing and bags in to the salon.

Please do not bring anyone else with you for your appointment.

No hand or head massages will be offered at this time.

One person is permitted at the reception desk at all times.

No refreshments will be offered. Bottled water is permitted, no food to be consumed in the salon.

We have these rules in place to adhere to government guidelines. Failure to comply may result in you losing your hair appointment.

We have had a small price increase to cover our PPE and timings for each appointment.
